Terms & Conditions for Replacement Stay policy: Replacement stay is valid for guests who have positive PCR test results while on resort and are required to quarantine or be forced to quarantine due to reasons beyond the guest's control. A credit voucher will be issued for the value paid toward the room portion of your booking. Credit voucher will be redeemed post travel by contacting [email protected] and travel to be completed within 12 months of issue date, based on availability. Extensions will not be given. Guest must accept offer by signing and returning Travel Credit Voucher to Sales Admin Team to redeem replacement stay. This benefit is valid for all existing and new bookings made by 30 June 2022 for travel up to 31 December 2022. This benefit is redeemable at any Sandals or Beaches Resort for the same value as the credit voucher based on the accommodation portion of the holiday only. The offer has no cash value and cannot be sold, exchanged or transferred to another booking. Black out dates may apply to the credit voucher, except if the interrupted stay happened during a blackout period date. This credit voucher offer is subject to change and can be withdrawn at any time. If a wedding or retie the knot ceremony is interrupted, the main party may be refunded select wedding options. Non-refundable wedding options include: photography partner deposit, entertainment deposit, floral, custom and rental décor from 3rd party vendor, vendor fees, and venue deposits. This offer is not applicable to the replacement of the entire group; only the affected booking. In addition, this promotion is subject to the conditions set out by our Standard Booking Conditions.
